Service area

Plumbers for Fort Lupton, Centennial & the Denver metro.

North line, main line, south line: one company for all three.

Waterworx Plumbing works both ends of the Denver metro: north from Fort Lupton through Weld and Adams counties, and south from Centennial through Arapahoe and Douglas counties, with Denver and the west side in between.

North line: Fort Lupton & the northern Front Range

Our mailing address is in Fort Lupton. North of Denver the housing runs from farmhouses on wells and septic to brand-new subdivisions, often on the same county road.

Main line: Denver & the west side

Older Denver neighborhoods mean galvanized and cast-iron pipe, clay sewer lines and, in homes built before the early 1950s, the possibility of a lead water service line.

South line: Centennial & Douglas County

The south metro is mostly homes from the 1980s onward: finished basements, long hot-water runs, pressure-reducing valves and water heaters all reaching replacement age together.

What we plan for

Same Front Range, four constants.

5,280 ft

A mile of altitude

Thinner air means gas water heaters and boilers make less heat than their label says unless they are set up for elevation. We size and adjust for it.

−10°F

Hard freezes

An Arctic front can take the Front Range from mild to below zero in an afternoon. Hose bibs, crawl spaces and pipes in outside walls take the hit.

scale

Hard water, depending

Hardness changes with your water provider. Scale shortens the life of water heaters and tankless heat exchangers, so maintenance matters.

clay

Moving soil, old sewers

Expansive clay soil and decades-old clay and cast-iron sewer lines are a common Front Range pairing, and tree roots find every joint.

North and south

Two ends of the same metro.

Around Fort Lupton and Brighton, a week can include a farmhouse on a well with hard water and a decades-old boiler, and a new-build with PEX manifolds and a tankless heater on the garage wall. Around Centennial, Highlands Ranch and Parker, it is more often a finished basement, a twenty-year-old water heater and a pressure-reducing valve that has quietly failed.

Different houses, same approach: find the real cause, give a free estimate, and fix it properly.
