Water heater replacement is one of the specialties we name first. We size the new heater to your household, set it up for Colorado’s altitude, and take care of the details that decide how long it lasts: venting, the gas connection, the relief valve and drain line, and thermal expansion.
Jason is a certified Rinnai tankless water heater technician. A tankless heater can run a shower, the dishwasher and laundry back to back without running out, but only if it is sized for cold Colorado inlet water, vented correctly and fed by a gas line that can keep up. We check all three before we quote.
Not every water heater problem means a new water heater. We diagnose what has failed, tell you what it costs to fix and how much life the tank likely has left, and let you decide.

The supply side of the house: leaks, burst pipes, repipes, water lines and gas lines.
Pipe repair is at the top of our own list of specialties. Pinhole leaks, split copper after a cold snap, failed fittings and dripping shut-off valves get a proper repair, not a patch. If a pipe has burst, shut off your main water valve and call the office.
When a repair is no longer the honest answer, we replace the pipe. We install and replace water distribution piping in existing homes, and plumb remodels, additions and new construction from rough-in to trim.
Gas piping is licensed work, and sizing matters: a line that is too small starves a tankless water heater or boiler. We install and extend gas lines for new and replacement appliances and pressure-test the work.

Hot-water heat for Colorado winters: boilers, baseboard and radiant loops.
Boilers are one of the specialties we name ourselves. We repair and replace hot-water boilers and the parts around them: circulator pumps, zone valves, expansion tanks, air separators and fill valves.
In our own words, we handle “water heating, boilers, some small electric, and limited HVAC.” That means the plumbing side of your heat, and the small related work that keeps you from needing to schedule a second contractor. Ask us what we can take on.

Everything you actually touch: toilets, faucets, sinks, showers, tubs and disposals.
A running toilet wastes more water than most people guess. We rebuild or replace the working parts, reset rocking toilets on a new seal, and install new toilets when the old one is past saving.
Dripping faucets, loose handles, leaking sink drains and new fixtures for a kitchen or bath update. If you have already bought the faucet, we will install it.
From a shower valve that will not hold temperature to a full tub or shower replacement, we handle the plumbing behind the tile as well as the trim you see.
Humming, leaking or seized disposals replaced, and new disposals installed with the drain and dishwasher connection done correctly.

Getting water out of the house and keeping it out of the basement.
Slow and leaking drains are often a pipe problem, not just a clog: a sagging line, a failed joint or old cast iron that has rusted through. We find the cause and repair the drain so it stays fixed.
A sump pump only matters on the day it has to run. We replace tired pumps and install new ones with a proper check valve and a discharge line that will not freeze shut.

Treatment, backflow protection and a trained eye on the whole system.
Water hardness on the Front Range depends on who supplies your water. We install, repair and maintain water treatment systems, and we will tell you plainly whether your water calls for one.
Backflow preventers keep sprinkler, boiler and other non-drinking water from being pulled back into your drinking water. We service and replace them, including the ones that split after a hard freeze.
Jason is a certified home inspector as well as a master plumber. A plumbing inspection before you buy, sell or remodel covers the water heater, the visible piping, fixtures, water pressure and drains, in plain language.
